🇬🇧 "Building Bridges: A Holistic Training Workshop" invites teachers, trainers, and designers to explore the interplay between physical spaces, trainer competencies, and pedagogical approaches to craft transformative learning experiences for vulnerable youth. Rooted in Constructivism, participants will learn how students build knowledge through experience and reflection.

The workshop integrates Art-Education to encourage creativity and emotional growth, and Ludodidactics to foster active engagement. It highlights the impact of innovative learning spaces on group interactions and outcomes, while redefining the teacher/trainer's role as facilitator, mentor, and co-learner. Emphasizing movement, artistic expression, and play, it creates multisensory experiences that enhance cognitive and socio-emotional development. By focusing on safe spaces, trust, and a balance of guidance and autonomy, the workshop empowers youth to transition from MUST-ivation to MO-tivation in their active learning journeys.
