🇬🇧 European gardens and vegetable gardens are an integral part of the cultural heritage of the European Union, and their value goes far beyond the aesthetic aspect. These green spaces have always been places for meeting, cultural exchange and reflection. In Europe, the care of landscapes, historic gardens and allotments has a long tradition that reflects not only a desire for beauty, but also for preserving a part of our history and identity.


From a socio-cultural perspective, gardens and allotments are places that promote community participation, environmental education and inclusiveness. Many public gardens or urban gardens have become spaces of socialisation and well-being for people, especially in cities, where they offer an opportunity to connect with nature and other members of the community.
