This famous quote perfectly encapsulates the journey of European project design: a path with a beginning and an end, where knowing the route, the goals to achieve, and the obstacles to overcome is essential.

In this seminar, the participants will explore the meaning of European project design and the essential tools to tackle it effectively – from the right shoes to a well-equipped backpack, all the way to the compass that keeps us on track. They will also discuss the risks to avoid and the most common mistakes.
